Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

-An item may be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it is within 14 days of arrival. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted. All original tagging must be still attached. You are responsible for your own shipping costs of returning your own item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

-The 14-day return policy is firm. We are unable to make exceptions.

-The item MUST be in the original unused condition (as shipped to the customer).

-Please include the name you used when you placed the order.

-Refunds will be returned via the card you used when placing your order. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to show up on your account.

*Returning Sale Items: All sale items are FINAL sale. We will not refund or be able to issue a store credit to you for sale items. We will charge a shipping fee to have the item returned back to you if you send sale items back to us.

We are not responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address. Please be sure you put in your correct address at checkout. If the item is sent back to us, you will need to pay our shipping fee before we send it back out to you. If you notice that you put in the wrong address at checkout, please email rachly9@gmail.com ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we can have your address changed in time, so please make sure you enter in the correct address before completing the purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged**. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

**If the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (if you received the wrong item/color/size placed on your original order), you will be reimbursed for the purchase including shipping fees.

ARRIVAL TIMES

After you place an order it will be processed within 1 day unless your order is placed after 5 PM CST, or on a non-business day (Saturday or Sunday, in that case, your order will be processed the following business day). Domestic orders can arrive in 5-10 business days and international orders within 14-21 business days.

ITEMS THAT WILl BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN:

Items that have not been worn or washed

Items with the brand tag ATTACHED to the item in its original form

Items without deodorant/makeup stains

Items that do not smell of perfume

Items that smell of perfume and any strong offensive odors (pets, smoke)

DAMAGED ITEMS

Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your items. Please contact us at rachly9@gmail.com

Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours. When emailing, please make sure you include your full name and order number with your question. This will help get your issue resolved in a timely manner.

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Store credit will be processed between 3-5 business days.

LOST PACKAGE/STOLEN PACKAGE/TRACKING NUMBER ISSUES

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES once the tracking has stated that the package has been delivered. All packages purchased with USPS shipping label are priority mail and will have tracking number included with your shipping notification. If the package is lost in transit, we will help as much as possible to try and locate the package. We will also file a claim for you if the package has not showed up and does not say delivered on the tracking number. If the claim is approved, we will refund you the cost of your order as well as shipping. Again, If the tracking number states that it has been delivered, we recommend that you get in contact with the USPS directly with your tracking number to have them help locate your package.



Tracking number says delivered but you cant locate the package- What should you do?

If we file a claim with USPS and your tracking number says delivered, the claim will be denied and closed by USPS. We recommend that you check with neighbors, spouse, children, or roommates. You can also talk with your local postal delivery person and visit your post office. Sometimes USPS can track the GPS coordinates of the location where the package was scanned as delivered and track down the package.

If you suspect theft, please contact your local authorities.
